创伤抢救小组综合处置模式对多发伤患者救治效果的影响

目的：探讨创伤抢救小组综合处置模式对多发伤患者的救治效果。方法回顾性分析2013年4月至2015年4月我院收治的175例多发伤患者的临床诊治资料，其中以创伤抢救小组综合处置模式救治的92例患者为观察组，采用传统抢救模式救治的83例患者为对照组，比较两组患者的救治效果。结果观察组患者的抢救成功率为90.22%(83/92)，明显高于对照组的77.11%(64/92)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者入院至确诊时间(25.83±6.25) min]、急诊至手术时间(27.95±5.37) min]、住院时间(23.72±5.21) d]、致残率(22.83%)以及并发症发生率(8.70%)均明显低于对照组的(42.79±7.42) min、(48.94±7.62) min、(35.89±6.85) d、42.17%、20.48%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤抢救小组综合处置模式能够提高多发伤患者的救治效果，改善预后，值得临床推荐使用。

Effect of comprehensive disposal model of trauma rescue team on the treatment of patients with multiple trauma

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive disposal model of trauma rescue team on the treatment of patients with multiple trauma. Methods The clinical data of 175 patients with multiple trauma in our hospi-tal from April 2013 to April 2015 were retrospectively reviewed, among which the 92 patients were treated by the compre-hensive disposal model of trauma rescue team as the observation group, while the 83 petients were treated by traditional rescue mode as the control group. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The rescue success rate in the observation group was 90.22%(83/92), which was significantly higher than 77.11%(64/92) in control group (P<0.05). The hospitalization to the final diagnosis time, emergency operation time, hospitalization time, disability rate and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (25.83 ± 6.25) min vs (42.79 ± 7.42) min, (27.95 ± 5.37) min vs (48.94 ± 7.62) min, (23.72 ± 5.21) d vs (35.89 ± 6.85) d, 22.83% vs 42.17%, 8.70%vs 20.48%, P<0.05]. Conclusion Comprehensive disposal model of trauma rescue team can improve the treat-ment effect of patients with multiple trauma, and improve the prognosis. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
