妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的临床诊治进展

妊娠合并急性胰腺炎临床上发病率较低，一旦发病，具有发病急、病死率高、对母婴危害较大的特点。妊娠合并急性胰腺炎可发生于妊娠的各个阶段，并且近年来，其发病率有所增加，病情较复杂，并发症较多。因此，早期发现并及时诊断与治疗胰腺炎及其并发症是降低孕妇及胎儿危害的关键，本文从妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的流行病学、病因、发病机制、临床特点、诊断、治疗、并发症及其防治等作一综述。

Current progress in clinical diagnosis and treatment on acute pancreatitis in pregnancy

Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy (APIP), though rare in clinic, is characterized by acute onset, high mortality, various complications, which threatens the heath of pregnant women and fetus as a result. APIP could occur at all stages of pregnancy, and its incidence shows an increasing trend in recent years. Early diagnosis and treatment of the disease and its complications is the key to reduce the harm to pregnant women and fetus. In this paper, we summarize the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment, complications and its prevention and control in acute pancreatitis in pregnancy.
