| 摘 要： | 目的HPLC法测定木瓜丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Sino Chrom ODS-BP色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸（40∶60）,检测波长为320nm。结果阿魏酸在0.1～0.6μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系（r=0.9994,n=5）;平均回收率为95.8%（RSD=1.3%,n=6）。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于木瓜丸中阿魏酸含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective A method for determination of ferulic acid in Mugua Pills by HPLC.Methods Sino Chrom ODS-BP Column was used with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（40∶60）as mobile phase and UV detection wavelength was at 320nm.Results There was a good linearity between the concentration of ferulic acid and absorption area value in range of 0.1-0.6μg（r=0.9994,n=5）.The average recovery rate was 95.8%（RSD=1.3%,n=6）.Conclusions The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for determination of ferulic acid in Mugua Pills. |
