摘    要:目的 :探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在人脑垂体腺瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化 SP法对 2 5例侵袭性垂体腺瘤、2 2例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤病理蜡块和 4例正常脑垂体标本。检测 PCNA的表达及侵袭性垂体腺瘤复发情况作统计学分析。结果 :侵袭性垂体腺瘤中 PCNA表达显著大于非侵袭性腺瘤 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;侵袭性垂体腺瘤中复发组 PCNA表达明显高于非复发组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :腺瘤组织中的 PCNA的异常表达能够准确地反映垂体腺瘤细胞的增殖状态及侵袭潜能 ,可为临床上评价垂体腺瘤侵袭性、复发、治疗及预后提供重要的参考指标

Abstract:Objective: To study the appearance and clinical significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in pituitary adenoma. Methods: The expression levels of PCNA pathological paraffin specimens were detected in 25 cases of invasive pituitary adenomas,22 cases of noninvasive pituitary adenomas and 4 cases of normal human pituitary tissues by immunohistochemical SP methods. The correlation between PCNA and recrudescence of the invasive pituitary adenoma was analysed in statistics. Results: The expression of PCNA was significantly higher in invasive pituitary adenomas than that in noninvasive pituitary adenomas(P<0.05); The expression of PCNA was significantly higher in the recurrent group than that in nonrecurrent group in invasive pituitary adenomas(P<0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of PCNA may be valuable in the proliferation of adenoma cells and invasive potential in pituitary adenomas tissues, which can be taken as indicators to evaluate the tumor invasive activity,recurrence,treatment and prognosis in clinic.
