| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管支架与胸内灌洗治疗食管癌、贲门癌术后胸内吻合口瘘的疗效。方法对6例食管癌、贲门癌术后胸内吻合口瘘患者经鼻腔经食管向脓腔内置入引流管、再经食管置入蘑菇状覆膜内支架，结合胸管胸内灌洗，附以抗感染对症处理。结果6例吻合口瘘患者经治疗瘘口愈合，脓腔消失。结论介入支架结合胸腔内灌洗治疗吻合口瘘操作简单安全、创伤小，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects on gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula with stent placement and lavage of thorax. Methods 6 patients with gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula were studied. The drainage tube was put into the abscess cavity through nasal cavity and esophageal fistula, then the stent was implanted within the esophagus, and another tube is used for lavage of thorax. Results All fistula of 6 cases were closed up and the abcesses disappeared. Conclusion Gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula can be managed successfully througth interventional stent and lavage of thorax ,thereby avoiding repetitive major surgery and its associated risks. |
