摘    要:目的评估PBL与LBL相结合的双轨制教学模式在眼科教学中的应用效果.方法学生121人分为实验组和对照组.实验组采用PBL LBL双轨制教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法,并将两组教学结果进行比较.结果理论考核成绩表明,实验组在总分及分析综合题得分上明显高于对照组(P<0.05).教学评估结果也显示实验组学生学习更主动、更善于独立思考和沟通.但二者并非完全一致.结论双轨制教学模式能有效提高眼科教学质量,在教学实践中得到师生普遍认可,但如何采用更为全面客观的评估方法仍值得我们进一步探讨.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of PBL LBL double-track mode in Ophthalmology teaching.Methods:121 students were divided into two groups.Trial group practiced PBL LBL double-track teaching,while control group practiced LBL teaching.Results:The results of exam showed that the students in trial group had a significant higher score in sum score and analysis subjects than those in control group(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation indicate that the students of trial group are more active and are superior in independent thinking and expressing themselves.But the results of exam are not always consistent with teaching evaluation.Conclusion: PBL LBL double-track teaching mode has been widely accepted by students and teachers as a better method in ophthalmology teaching,but some problems in evaluation should be resolved.
