| 摘 要： | 目的综合评述当前多排螺旋CT(multi-detectorrow CT,MDCT)和各种磁共振成像(magnetic res-onance imaging,MRI)技术在评价弥漫性肝脏实质疾病中的价值。方法收集国内、外最新相关文献,总结MDCT和各种MRI技术在评价各类弥漫性肝脏实质疾病中的应用及研究进展。结果弥漫性肝实质疾病种类繁多,分为储存性、血管性及炎性疾病3大类。MDCT能够较好地显示肝脏弥漫性疾病的形态学变化,MRI尤其是MR功能成像除了反映形态学变化外,还能够反映肝脏细胞代谢活动情况,从而为肝脏弥漫性疾病的诊断及疗效评估提供定性和定量的信息。结论影像学技术尤其是功能性MRI技术发展迅速,在弥漫性肝脏实质疾病的诊断和严重程度评价中具有较好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the current value of multi-detector row CT (MDCT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques on evaluation of diffuse hepatic parenchymal diseases.
