60例住院死亡新生儿分析

目的 分析探讨新生儿死亡原因．以提高围产医疗保健质量，降低新生儿的死亡率。方法 对60例住院死亡新生儿进行回顾性分析。结果 住院新生儿的病死率为10．34％。导致新生儿死亡的主要并发症及死因为早产、妊娠并发症。新生儿死亡以新生儿重度窒息、颅内出血、重度肺炎、肺透明膜病、先天畸形、出血症、败血症为主。结论 加强孕期保健，预防窒息，早产，预防孕期并发症发生，是降低新生儿发病率和病死率有效措施。

Analysis of sixty dead resident newborns

Objective To discuss the reasons of newborns death to improve the quality of medical care and lower the death rate of newborn. Methods A retrospective study was made on 60 newborns who died in the hospital. Result The death rate of newborn is 10.34%. The reason and the main complication to lead to the death of the newborn baby are prematare and complication of pregnancy serious asphyxid, intracranial hemorrhage, serious pneumonia, hyaline hemorrhage, serious pneumonia, hyaline membrane disease hereditary and the most important case. Conclusion To strengthen pregnancy care and to prevent asphyxia, prematave and complication of pregnanay in the effective method to lower the morbidity and death rate of newborn.
