| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨D-二聚体与冠状动脉病变程度的关系.方法 根据冠脉造影结果将92例患者分为单支病变、双支病变、三支病变组,正常对照组.分析各组之间冠脉病变程度与相应的D-二聚体水平的关系.结果 冠心病患者D-二聚体水平高于正常组(P＜0.01),冠心病患者血浆中D-二聚体含量越高,冠脉病变狭窄程度越严重.结论 D-二聚体与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,D-二聚体含量的检测对冠心病患者冠脉病变程度评价和指导治疗具有重要临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationships between plasma D-dimer and severity of coronary artery.Methods Plasma D-dimer were determined in 92 patients being undergone coronary angiography(CAG).According to the results of CAG,the patients were assigned to single vessel lesion group and double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group and control group.ResultsThe levels of D-dimer in coronary artery disease were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),The higher the content of the D-dimer,the more severe the stenosis of coronary artery.Conclusion The levels of D-dimer were closely related to severity of coronary artery,the examination of the D-imer is important for vascular disease degree evaluation and the treatment for these patients. |
