阜阳市农村婴儿营养状况调查结果分析

目的:了解我市农村婴儿的生长发育及喂养方式,以提高母乳喂养率和婴儿家长的科学喂养知识水平及降低婴儿营养不良患病率。方法:用标准方法测量婴儿身长、体重,应用WHO推荐的儿童体格发育标准进行评价。贫血按《实用儿科学》标准诊断。以问卷了解婴儿的喂养方式及辅食添加情况。结果:母乳喂养率及营养不良、贫血患病率与全国水平接近。体格发育正常婴儿的贫血患病率低于体格发育异常儿,7~12月儿营养不良患病率明显高于0~6月儿。影响7~12月儿童体格发育主要食物是谷类、鸡蛋及其摄入频率。结论:要减少婴儿营养不良的患病率,必须结合本地实际对广大农村婴儿家长进行婴儿辅食添加知识的健康教育。

Investigation of nutrition situation of infants within one year old in rural areas of Fuyang city

Objective:To understand children's growth, development and feeding situation in rural areas of Fuyang city and supply the evidence for infant-feeding method suiting the present rural situation. Methods:To measure infant height, weight using standard introduced by WHO. Anemia was diagnosed by the standard of “practical Pediatrics”. Find out feeding methods and added food situation by questionnaire. Results:The rate of breast feeding and case rate of dystrophic anemia in rural areas of Fuyang city were similar to those of the whole nation. The morbidity rate of anemia of infant with normal physical development was lower than that of infant with abnormal physical development. The morbidity rate of malnutrition of 7～12 month infants was higher than that of 0～6 month infants. The main food affecting physical development of 7～12 month rural children was grain, egg and intake frequency. Conclusion:It should be done to make knowledge of added food suitable to the rural areas condition known to the infant patriarch in order to reduce the morbidity rate of malnutrition of infants in rural areas of Fuyang city.
