| 摘 要： | 目的提高临床和病理医生对该项检查的认识水平，减少漏诊发生。方法对35例漏诊病例进行回顾性分析。结果35例患者中，误诊为慢性炎症19例，结核9例，其它7例。结论密切临床和病理医师联系，加强交流与切磋，是提高呼吸系统疾病诊断水平的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cause of misdiagnosis of bronchofibroscope biopsy.Methods 35 cases misdiagnosis of bronchofibroscope biopsies were retrospectively studied.Result There were 19 cases with chronic inflammation,9 cases with tubercle and 7 cases with other diseases in 35 cases misdiagnosis of bronchofibroscope biopsies.Conclusion The useful method to increase the final diagnosis rate is that the clinical doctor and pathologic doctor intimately cooperated. |
