低温等离子体治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用

目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下低温等离子体消融治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：采用鼻内窥镜下低温等离子体消融手术系统．在下鼻甲及鼻丘黏膜下打孔消融的方法对符合入选条件的62例常年性变应性鼻炎患者进行治疗，随访6个月-1年，观察治疗效果。结果：本组病例术后接受随访，根据相关疗效评定标准，显效48例（77．4％），有效14例（22．6％），总有效率为100％。结论：鼻内窥镜下低温等离子体消融治疗常年性变应性鼻炎效果确切，具有定位准确、创伤小、恢复快、疗效稳定等优点。

Clinical application of low temperature plasma in treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective ：To explore and discuss the clinical effect of ablation treatment to perennial allergic rhinitis by using low temperature plasma under nasal endoscope. Methods：Low temperature plasma ablation operation system under nasal endoscope was adopted. Using the method of drilling ablation under inferior turbinate and agger nasi mucosa,we treated 62 qualified patients with perennial allergic rhinitis and then followed them up for an half to one year. Then the therapy effeet was observed. Results：All cases accepted followed-up.According to the relevant evaluation standard of therapy effect,48 cases （77.4%） had remarkable effect, 14 cases （22.6%） were effective,and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：The effect of ablation treatment to perennial allergic rhinitis by using low temperature plasma under nasal endoscope is pronounced. The advantages of this method are accurate localizability, small trauma, rapid recovery and stable therapy effect.
