| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨我院门诊西药房调剂错误的原因以及寻找解决措施.方法 结合我院门诊西药房的实际情况对日常药品调剂工作中容易发生差错的几个方面进行分析.结果 调剂差错的形式大约有八种,产生错误的因素有3个,对此提出7条预防措施.结论 以病人为中心,加强医疗质量管理,提高医院医疗服务质量,切实认真做好每一项工作,降低医院门诊药房药品差错的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective A discussion on the Causes of the Error in outpatient pharmacy and the solving measures.Methods Analysis on the few sides of the error of easy occurring in the daily drug dispensing which is associated with our hospital actually case.Results About 3 factors cause the 8 kinds of dispensing errors so this text to carry out analyses and give prevention measure Conclusion strengthening medical quality control via orienting medical service towards the needs of patients;Improving the Medical Service Quality According to "Patient center",do hard work on every step so that can decrease the incidence of dispensing error of outpatient Pharmacy |
