高功率微波对兔眼晶状体辐射损伤的研究

摘    要:目的探讨高功率微波(HPM)辐射对兔眼晶状体的损伤作用.方法800 mW/cm2功率密度的HPM辐射青紫蓝兔20min,于照后不同时间应用裂隙灯、光镜、激光扫描共聚焦显微镜和图像分析技术对兔眼晶状体辐射损伤进行检测.结果HPM照射后30d晶状体改变以变性为主,上皮细胞AgNOR和DNA含量明显下降.照射后90d晶状体囊膜增厚,上皮细胞增生,AgNOR和DNA含量反跳性明显升高,晶状体后皮质混浊,白内障发生,随着时间的推移,病变持续性加重.结论HPM可导致晶状体损伤及白内障发生,辐射引起上皮细胞增殖异常是白内障发生的重要原因.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of HPM on lens of rabbit eye. Methods Rabbits were irradiated with 800mW/cm 2 HPM for 20 mins.The dynamic pathological changes were observed and analyzed under slit lamp,microscopy,LSCM and image analytis apparatus. Results 30 days after radiation,the mainly pathological changes in appeared lens degeneration.AgNOR and DNA content in epithelial cells were decreased.90 days after radiation,the cyst membrane of lens thickened,lens epithelial cells proliferated,AgNOR and DNA content in epithelial cells were reboundly increased.Meanwhile,clouding in posterior cortex of lens was appeared and finally cataract were developed.Above pathological changes were continuously exaeerbated as time elapse. Conclusions HPM may cause lens injury and cataract formation.HPM-induced proliferation disorder in lens epithelial cells may possesses a critical role in cataract development.
