异地护生反思日记对临床带教教师的启迪

摘    要:目的探讨异地护生进入临床实习后对带教教师的具体期望。方法以杜威的反省思维理论为基础,采用Van Manen的诠释现象学研究法,对18名异地护生的临床反思日记和反思小组讨论会的内容进行分析。结果异地护生对带教教师的期望集中于4个主题,即期望得到带教教师语言帮助、情感理解和支持、期望带教教师能制定针对异地差异的教学计划和方法、期望和谐的师生关系、期望得到带教教师生活上的帮助指导。结论带教教师应根据学生的反思日记,重视其内容,并遵其期望,调整带教的方式,营造支持性、互动良好的教学氛围,提高临床护理教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To approach the remote nursing students' specific expectation to their teachers when they began the clinical practice. Methods Based on the meditation thinking theory of Dewey,by adopting the Van Manen annotation phenomenology study method,to analyze the reflection diary and content of team conference of 18 remote nursing students. Results Remote nursing students' specific expectation to their teachers concentrated on 4 subjects,that was the language help from the teachers,emotion understand and support,different teaching plans and methods for different places set by the teachers,harmonious relations between teachers and students,the help and guidance of life from the teachers. Conclusion According to the students' reflection diary,the teachers should pay attention to the contents,and respect their expectations,adjust the way with teaching,create a supportive,interactive atmosphere of good teaching in order to improve the clinical nursing and teaching quality.
