茶黄素对Ox-LDL诱导单核-内皮细胞粘附作用影响的研究

摘    要:采用硫酸铜诱导低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化,细胞粘附实验,细胞ELISA方法测定内皮细胞间粘附因子(ICAM-1)和血管内皮细胞粘附因子(VCAM-1)表达水平,研究了茶黄素(TFs)对氧化型低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)损伤血管内皮细胞导致单核细胞粘附的影响.结果显示,茶黄素(TFs)能显著抑制由Ox-LDL诱导的单核细胞-血管内皮细胞粘附效应以及细胞间粘附因子(ICAM-1)和血管内皮细胞粘附因子(VCAM-1)的表达,并呈现浓度剂量正相关性.提示,TFs抑制ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表达是其抑制单核-内皮细胞粘附和抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制之一.

Abstract:The effect of theaflavins (TFs) on the adhesion between monocyte and endothelial cells induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein was studied. The experiments of cells-adhesion,the cells ELISA were applied.The results showed that TFs could significantly inhibit the adhesion between monocyte and endothelial cells,and the expression of cell adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) and vescular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM-1).That maybe one of the mechanisms in antiatheroclerosis and antiadhesion between monocyte and endothelial cells.
