原发性肾小球疾病患者中医舌诊与肾脏病理诊断相关性的研究

目的:探讨舌诊客观化图像识别与原发性肾小球疾病患者肾脏病理分型的相关性.方法:将原发性肾小球疾病患者59例的舌象照片进行计算机处理,采用舌象处理系统Snakes算法及病例诊断技术,通过舌象颜色的聚类和舌形判定,并与病理结果统计,分析两者之间的相关性.结果:不同病理类型的舌象之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:不同肾脏病理的原发性肾小球疾病患者的客观化舌象舌色构成不同,客观化舌象与肾脏病理之间存在着一定联系,可为中医舌诊诊断的客观性研究提供科学依据.

Study on relationship between the glossoscopy objectivised image and kidey-biopsy pathology type of patients with primary glomerulopathy

Objective :To investigate relationship between the glossoscopy objectivised image and kidey-biopsy pathology type of patients with primary glomerulopathy.Methods: The tongue image(including color clustering of tongue images and tongue shapes) of 66 patients with primary glomerulopathy were taken by Snakes Algorithm of Tongue Image Handling System and pathology diagnosis of kidney was also done in the same time,t-test was adopted to analyse the correlation of the glossoscopy objectivised image and kidey-biopsy pathology type of patients.Result: The result show that there are significant differences among tongue images of different pathology types(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: There were statistically significant differences among the distribution of objectivised tongue colours in different kidney-biopsy type patients with primary glomerulopathy.In the meanwhile the relationship between the glossoscopy objectivised image and kidey-biopsy pathology will provide scientific reference for TCM glossoscopy objective research.
