| Abstract: | The article analyzed the characteristics of making use of medical records in the new period from the personnel, the content,the purpose and the method. The authors put forward a proposal that how to manage the relationship among making use of medical record and basic work, Safe and security. The measures how to make use of raedical record very well were advanced. |
