| 摘 要： | 目的:观察骨康方含药血清促进骨髓基质细胞(Marrow Stromal Cells,MSCs)体外向成骨细胞增殖、分化的作用。方法:采用不同浓度的骨康方含药血清联合诱导剂对大鼠MSCs定向诱导分化,观察MSCs诱导前后形态学变化;采用ELISA法检测MSCs骨钙素(Osteocalcin,OC);RT-PCR方法检测MSCsOCN mRNA和Cbfα1mRNA表达。结果:联合使用高、中浓度骨康方加诱导剂能显著提高MSCs增殖和骨钙素的含量,且使Cbfα1 mRNA的表达升高。结论:骨康方具有促进大鼠体外MSCs向成骨细胞增殖和分化的作用,这一作用可能与其升高其Cbfα1 mRNA的表达有关。
