脑梗塞患者炎性因子、血管活性肽含量变化及相互关系的研究

目的 探讨ＴＮＦ－α，ＩＬ－２和ＥＴ，ＣＧＲＰ的含量变化与脑梗塞发生的相互关系，方法 应用放射免疫分析法，检测了３４例脑梗塞患得及３０例正常人外用血和脑脊液中ＴＮＦ－αＩＬ－２，ＥＴ，ＣＧＲＰ含量。结果 脑梗塞患者血，脑脊液中ＴＮＦ－α，ＩＬ－２含量均显著高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１）。外周血ＥＴ含量显著高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。脑脊液中ＣＧＲＰ含量则明显低于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。并且血中ＴＮＦ

Study on levels of cytokines and vasomotors and their relationship in cerebral infrction

Objective To study the relationship between the change of the levels of TNF,IL2,GRP and cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of TNF,IL2,ET and CGR in plasma and cerebrospiral fluid of 34 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 healthy controls were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Both the levels of TNF and IL2 in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid were significantly higher than that of the controls.Plasma ET levels in the patients were higher than those of the controls(P<005),but the levels of CGRP in cerebrospinal fluid were significantly lower than that of the controls(P<005).A positive correlation between the content of TNF and the levels of ET(r=0.45,P<005)in plasma and a negative correlation between IL2 and CGRP in cerebrospinal fluid(r=0.54,P<005)were seen in cerebral infarction. Conclusion The disorder of the immuno competence is one of the causes inducing the occurrance and the development of cerebral infarction.
