局部亚低温对胆红素脑病仔兔脑基底节中多巴胺及5-羟色胺的影响

摘    要:目的观察局部亚低温不同时间窗,胆红素脑病仔兔脑基底节区多巴胺(DA)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的变化。方法建立胆红素脑病模型,对治疗组予亚低温治疗,采用荧光分光光度法,检测治疗后不同时间窗胆红素脑病仔兔脑基底节中DA及5-HT含量。结果胆红素脑病组仔兔脑基底节中DA及5-HT含量于造模后明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗6 h、12 h、24 h后,DA及5-HT含量均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论局部亚低温可明显减轻胆红素脑病脑组织中DA、5-HT的代谢紊乱,对脑组织具有治疗及保护作用。亚低温时间越长,效果越好。
