口腔牙周病诊断专家系统的初步实现

目的：牙周病是一种老年多发病和常见病，在我国牙周病发病率极高，是目前牙病患者失牙的主要疾病。牙周病的病因较多，本文试图建立一种基于贝叶斯理论的专家系统诊断方法。方法：本文研究了牙周病辅助诊断专家系统，从实用的角度，给出资料记录模块、贝叶斯诊断推理模块和电子病历模块。结果：用VB6．0编程实现了口腔牙周疾病的辅助诊断系统。结论：通过案例分析，表明了诊断推理的正确性，初步实现了口腔疾病的辅助诊断，为提高牙周病诊断的准确率奠定基础。

Realization of the expert system for periodontal disease

Objective: Periodontal disease is a common disease for the old people in our country. The incidence of periodontal disease is so high that may lead to losing teeth. The periodontal disease involves many causes. It's difficult to diagnose and judge prognosis. This thesis centers on an assistant diagnosis expert system of periodontal disease. Methods: The paper showed the patient information module, Bayes reasoning module and electronic medical record module from the application point of view. Results: The expert system was accomplished with VB6.0 programming. Conclusions: The diagnostic reasoning proves to be correct through case analysis. This expert system for periodontal disease established the foundation for improving the diagnosis correctness.
