| 摘 要： | 测定２３名正常孕妇、２４名妊高征患者（均为妊娠晚期）及２０名正常非孕妇女的血清三脂酰甘油（ＴＧ）、总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、高密度脂蛋白一胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）的含量及其空腹血糖水平。正常孕妇与非孕妇女比较，ＴＧ、ＴＣ差异非常显著（均Ｐ＜０．００１），ＨＤＬ－Ｃ和血糖差异无意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）；妊高征患者与正常孕妇比较，ＴＧ、ＴＣ降低，ＨＤＬ—Ｃ和血糖也降低，但均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示：妊娠期饮食应注意补充蛋白质，适当控制脂类食物

| Abstract: | TheLevelofTG,TC,HDL-Cofserumwasmeasuredin23normalwomenand24pregnancy-inducedhypertensivesinthethirdtrimesterofpregnancyand20normalordinarywomen.Incomparison,thenormalpregnantwomenarequitediferentfromtheor-dinarywomeninthelevelofTGandTC(P<0.01),withlitlediferenceinthatofHDL-Candbloodsugar(P>0.05).Comparedwiththeordinarywomen,inthepregnancy-inducedhypertensives,bothTG,TC,HDL-Candbloodsugardecrease,withoutsignificantdiference(P>0.05).Thissuggeststhatduringthepregnantstageproteinshouldbereplenishedandliqidintakeshouldbecontroledmoderately. |
