| 摘 要： | 分析了１７例经手术和病理证实的小脑桥脑角病变的ＣＴ表现，其中听神经瘤７例，表皮样囊肿５例，脑膜瘤３例，三叉神经瘤及脓肿各１例；其ＣＴ表现各具一定特征。根据病变的密度、形态、强化程度及与邻近结构的关系，常能做出正确的诊断

| Abstract: | The CT findings of 17 cases of operatively and pathologically verified cerebellopontine angle lesion were analysed.Among them 7 cases were acoustic neuroma,5 cases epidermoid cyst,3 cases meningiomas,1 case trigemnel neuroma and 1 case abscess.Based on the density shape change of the pathological process in cerebellopontine angle and its relation to adjacent structures,correct diagnosis can usually be ensured. |
