孕妇血清和羊水及新生儿脐血胃泌素的测定

用放射免疫法测定了７５例孕１２～４２ｗ的健康孕妇血清、羊水和２６例新生儿脐血胃泌素的浓度。结果：随孕周的增加羊水和血清胃泌素浓度不断降低，足月后又明显升高。母血清胃泌素浓度高于羊水，以中期妊娠为明显（Ｐ＜０．０５）。脐血胃泌素浓度在晚期妊娠时较低，足月后升高接近母血清和羊水水平。提示：胃泌素浓度的变化是机体在妊娠期的一种生理性代偿作用，并可能与胎儿消化器官发育成熟和功能完善有关

Determination of Gastrin in Pregnant Women''s Serum and Amniotic Fluid and Neonatal Cord Blood

The concentrations of gastrin were determined in the serum and amniotic fluid of 75 healthy women with 12 to 42 weeks' pregnancy and in the cord blood of 26 newborns by radioimmunoassay.The results show that the gastrin concentrations in amniotic fluid and serum decrease with the increase of gestational week and increase markedly after term pregnancy.The gastrin concentration in maternal serum is higher than the amniotic fluid's,which is more significant in the second trimester of pregnancy (P<0.05). The gastrin contration in cord blood is low in the third trimester pregnancy,and approaches to the level in maternal serum and amniotic fluid after term pregnancy.From this we can see that change in gastrin concentration is a physiological compensation of the body in the course of pregnancy,ane may be related to the maturation and functional perfection of fetal digestine organs.
