使用含氟牙膏对儿童氟斑牙和龋齿的影响

目的 研究高氟饮水地区儿童使用含氟牙膏对其氟斑牙和龋齿的影响。方法 根据饮用水的氟含量选择10～14岁儿童，分为高氟饮水组和低氟饮水组，再分成使用含氟牙膏组和不使用含氟牙膏组，分别检查氟斑牙和龋齿情况。结果 (1)高氟水组儿童恒牙龋齿率高于低氟水组，使用含氟牙膏对儿童恒牙龋齿率没有明显的影响。(2)饮用低氟水的儿童无论是否使用含氟牙膏，其氟斑牙患病率间没有差别。(3)饮用高氟水的儿童使用含氟牙膏的氟斑牙患病率是没有使用的2．16倍，是饮用低氟水儿童的3倍以上。结论 高氟饮水地区使用含氟牙膏可明显增加氟斑牙的患病率。

Effect of using fluoriole dentifrice on children''''s dental fluorosis and dental caries

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of fluoride dentifri ce on children in the high fluorine regions.MethodsBased on the fluorine concentration of drinking w ater, the children (10-14 years old) were divided into high fluorine group and l ow fluorine group,and then using fluoride dentifrice group and no-using fluorid e dentifrice group,then to check up every status of dental fluorosis and dental caries.Results(1)The prevalence of dental caries of the childr en's permanent teeth of drinking high fluorine water group was higher than that of drinking low fluorine water group,there was not significant difference.(2)The prevalence of dental fluorosis of the children drinking low fluorine water was no difference no matter whether using fluoride dentifrice or not.(3)The prevalen ce of dental fluorosis of using fluoride dentifrice of the children drinking hig h fluorine water was 2 16 times of that of no using fluoride dentifrice group,w as over 3 times of that of the child drinking low fluorine water.ConclusionUse of fluoride dentifrice in high fluoride re gions could increase prevalence of dental fluorosis.
