两种导尿消毒方式的比较与导尿技术的改进研究

目的通过细菌培养比较两种导尿消毒方法的消毒效果 ,验证日本护理导尿操作的科学性 ,为我国改进传统导尿操作方法提供理论依据。方法接受导尿术的病人 2 0 0例 ,随机分为实验组、对照组 ,实验组采用打开导尿包后 0 .5 %碘伏消毒 (取消了开包前的初步消毒 ) ,对照组常规消毒 ,消毒后分别用无菌棉拭子擦拭尿道外口一周 ,进行细菌培养。结果两种导尿消毒方法消毒效果差异无统计学意义 (χ2 =0 .2 5 5 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论改进导尿操作具有可行性。

Comparative study on two kinds of sterilization method of catheterization and improving on cathetering technique

Objective To Compare the effect of two sterilization method for catherterization through bacterial culture, and to verify the scientific process of Japanese nursing catherterization and to provide theoretical base for improving our traditional ways of urethral catheterization. Method 200 patients with urethral catheterization were randomly divided into experimental and control group, in experimental group, the package of catheterization was sterilized by 0.5% iodoform (the sterilization before open the package was canceled), and routine sterilization was conducted for control group. After sterilization, the sample of cotton smearing from external orifice of urethra for the two groups were collected and bacterial cultured. Result There was no significant difference in effect of sterilization for urethral catheterization between the two group(P>0.05). Conclusion the improved urethral catheterization technique is possibly.
