血液分析仪测定静脉血与末梢血血常规结果对比研究

目的对比血液分析仪测定静脉血与末梢血血常规结果。方法对对照组进行末梢血采血,对观察组进行静脉抽血,观察两组患者的各项血常规指标。结果观察组患者的RBC、Hb指标低于对照组,WBC、PLT指标高于对照组,两组患者的各项指标比较,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论静脉血与末梢血两种方式结果差别不大,但静脉血的准确性以及重复性更高,这能更好判断检验结果,为临床治疗提供依据。

A comparative study of routine results of venous blood and peripheral blood measured by hematology analyzer

Objective To compare the routine results of venous blood and peripheral blood measured by Hematology analyzer.Methods The peripheral blood was collected from the control group and the venous blood was drawn from the observation group.The blood routine indexes of the two groups were observed.Results The RBC and Hb indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and WBC and PLT indexes were higher than those of the control group.The indexes of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The results of venous blood and peripheral blood are similar,but the accuracy and repeatability of venous blood are higher,which can better judge the test results and provide a basis for clinical treatment.
