海藻多糖的促排铅药效初步研究

摘    要:目的海藻多糖的促排铅作用。方法将40只小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为阴性对照组,模型组、海藻多糖组低、中、高剂量组。在给药4周后,通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定试药组与模型组的血铅浓度。结果染铅小鼠给予海藻多糖后,可以明显降低血铅含量(P<0.05)。结论海藻多糖具有一定的促排铅作用。

Abstract:Objective To research on function of promoting lead-removing for Seaweed polysaccharides.Methods 40mice(20 males,20 females)were randomly divided into 5 groups:negative control group,model group,low,medium and high dose seaweed polysaccharide group.After the success of modeling,the mice were treated by means of dosing kennel grass aqueous extracts in i.g for4 weeks.Results The results showed that the levels of blood lead were significantly decreased inpoisoning mice exposed to Seaweed polysaccharides(P<0.05).Conclusion Seaweed polysaccharides has a certain promoting lead-removing effect.
