围针联合热敏灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛30例 |

摘 要: | 目的:研究围针联合热敏灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效及安全性。方法:把60例PHN患者按照随机非盲的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组口服普瑞巴林胶囊,观察组采用围针+热敏灸治疗。均治疗4周,通过观察疗效和VAS疼痛评分进行综合评价围针+热敏灸的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前后自身比较,VAS疼痛评分均出现了显著下降;治疗后,观察组VAS疼痛评分相比于对照组,观察组具有显著的优势(P<0.05),疗效上,观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用围针联合热敏灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床效果显著,不良反应少,安全性高。

Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of periphery acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:Sixty patients with PHN were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given pregabalin capsule orally,while the observation group was treated with surround needle plus heat-sensitive moxibustion.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect of surround needle plus heat-sensitive moxibustion was evaluated comprehensively by observing the curative effect and VAS pain score.Result:The VAS pain score of the two groups decreased significantly before and after treatment.After treatment,the VAS pain score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peripheral needle combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion is effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety. |
