耳穴方便揿针留针候气联合乳果糖口服治疗混合痔术后便秘46例

目的:观察耳穴方便揿针留针侯气联合乳果糖口服对混合痔术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取自2018年11月—2019年12月在我科因混合痔入院,且接受手术治疗,术后发生便秘的92例患者,依随机数字表达法随机分为观察组和对照组各46例。其中观察组采用耳穴方便揿针留针侯气联合西药乳果糖口服治疗,对照组采用常规乳果糖口服治疗。观察两组术后首次排便时间、排便持续时间、便时各项指标评分及排便困难程度评分和总有效率。结果:观察组以上各项观察指标评分均低于对照组,与对照组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.83%,对照组总有效率为89.12%。结论:耳穴方便揿针留针侯气联合乳果糖治疗能够加快混合痔术后便秘患者首次排便时间、缩短日常排便持续时间、改善排便困难程度、减轻排便并发症,临床值得推广运用。

46 Cases of Constipation after Operation of Mixed Hemorrhoids Treatment with Auricular Acupuncture and Lactofructose

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture and lactofructose on postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids.Method:92 patients with postoperative constipation who were admitted to our department for mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group according to the random number expression method from November 2018 to October 2019.The observation group was treated with auricular point convenient pressing,needle retention and waiting for Qi combined with oral administration of lactulose,while the control group was treated with oral administration of lactulose.To observe and record for the first defecation time of two groups patients with postoperative,duration of defecation,defecation index score,defecation difficulty score and total effective rate.Results:The scores of the above observation indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically obvious;There was 97.83%of total effective rate in the observation group,and the other group was 89.12%.Conclusion:Auricular acupuncture and lactofructose therapy can accelerate the first defecation time of patients with constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation,shorten the duration of daily defecation,improve the degree of defecation difficulty,reduce the pain and bleeding of defecation,which is worthy of being widely used in clinical work.
