| 摘 要： | 目的:建立生肌愈疡膏的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对生肌愈疡膏中当归、紫草以及血竭药材进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对血竭素进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱专属性强,分离度高,阴性对照无干扰;高效液相色谱法测得血竭素在4.54~145.24μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为100.93%,RSD为2.53%。结论:所建立的定性、定量方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,能够有效控制生肌愈疡膏的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard of Shengji Yuyang Ointment.Methods:Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Arnebiae and Dragon's Blood in Shengji Yuyang Ointment were identified by TLC,and the contents of ferulic acid,beta,beta'-dimethylacryloyl acarbonine(akanin)and dracorhodin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:TLC had strong specificity,high separation and no interference from negative control.The injection volume and peak area of draconitin in the range of 4.54~145.24 g/mL(r=0.9999)were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The average recoveries was100.93%(RSD=2.53%,n=6).Conclusion:The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple,accurate and reproducible,and can effectively control the quality of Shengji Yuyang Ointment. |
