胺碘酮联合卡托普利对慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响

目的研究对慢性心力衰竭并室性早搏患者实施胺碘酮与卡托普利联合治疗的效果。方法采用分层抽样法从慢性心力衰竭并室性早搏患者中抽选80例纳入本次研究,均为2014年6月~2018年9月入院患者,并采用随机双盲法将其中40例纳入单药组,剩余40例纳入联合组,单药组实施卡托普利治疗,联合组在单药组基础上再实施胺碘酮治疗,统计并比较两组的治疗总有效率、患者心功能改善情况、血管内皮功能改善情况以及药物不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率97.50%,高于单药组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组心功能及血管内皮功能均优于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率7.50%与单药组的5.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭并室性早搏患者实施胺碘酮与卡托普利联合治疗,可以提高治疗总有效率,利于患者心功能及血管内皮功能的改善,且不会增加药物不良反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗慢性心力衰竭并室性早搏的方法。

Research on the effects of amiodarone combined with captopril on cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular premature beats

Objective To study the effect of combined treatment with amiodarone and captopril in patients with chronic heart failure and premature ventricular contractions.Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure and premature ventricular contractions were enrolled in the study using stratified sampling.All patients were enrolled from June 2014 to September 2018,and 40 of them were randomized by double-blind method.In the monotherapy group,the remaining 40 patients were included in the combination group,the single-agent group was treated with captopril,and the combined group was treated with amiodarone on the basis of the single-agent group.The total effective rate of treatment under the two treatment methods was compared and comparedtheimprovement of cardiac function,the improvement of vascular endothelial function and the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.50%higher than that of the single drug group(82.50%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of vascular endothelial function were better than those of the single drug group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 7.50%compared with 5.00%in the single drug group.The difference was not significan(t P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of amiodarone and captopril for patients with chronic heart failure and premature ventricular beats can improve the total effective rate,improve the heart function and vascular endothelial function of patients,and do not increase adverse drug reactions.It is a safe and effective method for treating chronic heart failure and premature ventricular beats.
