尤瑞克林静滴联合阿司匹林口服对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响

目的探讨尤瑞克林静滴联合阿司匹林口服对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月~2018年11月收治的ACI患者142例,依据治疗方案不同分为研究组(n=71)和对照组(n=71)。两组均予以对症治疗,在此基础上对照组予以阿司匹林口服,研究组予以尤瑞克林静滴联合阿司匹林口服,比较两组疗效、治疗前、治疗2周后血液流变学指标血小板聚集率(PAG)、纤维原蛋白(FIB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血浆黏度(PV)]、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果研究组总有效率95.77%高于对照组76.06%(P<0.05);治疗2周后研究组PAG、FIB、HCT、PV水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林静滴联合阿司匹林口服治疗ACI患者,疗效确切,能明显改善患者血液流变学,减轻神经功能缺损程度。

Effect of Oreklin intravenous infusion of aspirin on neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ureklin intravenous infusion of aspirin on patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 142 ACI patients in our hospital from August 2016 to November 2018 were selected.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into study group(n=71)and control group(n=71).The two groups were treated with symptomatic treatment.On the basis of this,the control group was given aspirin orally.The study group was given oral equin to the aspirin.The blood rheology indexplatelet aggregation]was compared between the two groups.Rate(PAG),fibrinogen(FIB),hematocrit(HCT),plasma viscosity(PV),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.77%higher than that of the control group(76.06%)(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the PAG,FIB,HCT and PV levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the study was performed.The NIHSS score was lower in the group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureklin intravenous infusion of aspirin for oral treatment of ACI patients is effective,can significantly improve blood rheology and reduce the degree of neurological deficit.
