探讨CTHRCl蛋白在人尿路上皮细胞肿瘤中的高表达与肿瘤进展的相关性

目的探讨CTHRC1蛋白在人尿路上皮细胞肿瘤中的表达情况以及和肿瘤临床病理之间的相关性。方法选取临床尿路上皮肿瘤44例。其中输尿管上皮肿瘤11例,膀胱上皮肿瘤33例;良性对照标本35例。利用Western Blot检测CTHRC1蛋白分子水平在癌组织和良性组织中的表达差异;免疫组化染色了解CTHRC1蛋白在癌组织和良性组织表达的临床特性,分析CTHRC1蛋白的表达量和癌肿临床病理参数之间的联系。结果WesternBlot结果示CTHRC1蛋白在尿路上皮癌组织中的表达量较良性组织明显增加,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高级别肿瘤中CTHRC1蛋白的表达显著高于低级别肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥T2期肿瘤中CTHRC1蛋白的表达显著高于0.05)。结论CTHRC1蛋白的高表达和尿路上皮肿瘤的进展相关。

High expressionof CTHRCl protein in human Urothelialtumorsmay promote tumor progression
