肝豆灵片联合谷胱甘肽对肝豆状核变性肝硬化30例

目的:观察肝豆灵片联合谷胱甘肽对肝豆状核变性肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:将肝豆状核变性肝硬化60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组予以谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用肝豆灵片。治疗4个疗程后,分别评价肝功能、凝血功能、肝纤维化指标和Child-Pugh评分。结果:两组患者肝脏功能指标(ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL)、肝纤维化指标(Ⅲ型前胶原(PⅢNP)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)、凝血指标(APTT、PT、TT、INR)及ChildPugh评分较治疗前均有明显好转,且治疗后观察组指标较对照组差异明显,差异有统计学意义。结论:肝豆灵片联合谷胱甘肽对肝豆状核变性肝硬化的临床疗效显著。

30 Cases of Hepatolenticular Degeneration Cirrhosis Treatment with Gandouling Tablet Combined with Glutathione

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gandouling tablet combined with Glutathione on Hepatolenticular Degeneration Cirrhosis.Methods:60 cases of Hepatolenticular Degeneration Cirrhosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Glutathione and the observation group was treated with Gandouling tablets based on the treatment of control group.To evaluate the liver function,coagulation function,liver fibrosis index and Child-Pugh score were evaluated respectively after 4 courses of treatment.Results:The indexes of liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL),liver fibrosis(procollagen typeⅢ(PⅢNP),hyaluronic acid(HA),collagen typeⅣ(CIV)),coagulation parameters(APTT,PT,TT,INR)and Child-Pugh scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.And after treatment,the indexes of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Gandouling tablet combined with Glutathione is Effective in treating Hepatolenticular Degeneration Cirrhosis.
