中泰医诊断学的系统比较研究

目的:全面整理中泰医诊断学的相关内容,探讨中泰医诊断学的异同特点和规律。方法:采用文献整理、实地访谈等方法,对中泰医诊断学的源流、理论、诊法和辨识进行系统比较和综合分析。结果:中医的理论体系形成要早于泰医,且古代文献资料较为丰富。泰医诊断学以四元素理论为主导,对搜集的病情资料进行症候群的归纳,从而得出诊断结果。而中医主要是在精气及阴阳五行学说指导下,以“辨病为先、辨证为主”为原则对四诊收集资料进行分析,明确证型与病名的诊断。结论:中泰医诊断学在基本理论、诊断方法和辨识疾病上有着共通之处,而两者的理论体系各有其学术特点,在临床实践中各有侧重点。

A Systematic Comparative Study of Diagnostics Between Thai and Chinese Traditional Medicine

Objective:To summarize knowledge of Chinese and Thai medicine diagnostics,and to explore the similarities and differences between Chinese and Thai medicine diagnostics.Methods:The origin,theory,diagnosis and identification of Chinese and Thai medical diagnostics were systematically compared and comprehensively analyzed by literature review,field interview and other methods.Results:The theoretical system of TCM was formed earlier than that of Thai medicine,and the ancient literature was more abundant.Thai medical diagnostics guided by the four-element theory,summarizes the syndromes collected from the disease data to obtain the diagnosis results.Under the guidance of the theory of essence of qi,Yin,Yang and five elements,TCM mainly analyzes the data collected from the four diagnoses on the principle of"disease differentiation first,syndrome differentiation primary",and clarifies the diagnosis of syndrome type and disease name.Conclusion:Chinese and Thai medical diagnostics have something in common in terms of basic theories,diagnostic methods and disease identification.The theoretical systems of the them have own academic characteristics and different emphases in clinical practice.
