葛根芩连汤对新发T2DM胰岛素抵抗患者临床症状及糖脂代谢因子的影响

目的:探讨葛根芩连汤对新发T2DM胰岛素抵抗患者临床症状及糖脂代谢因子的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月—2018年12月诊断为新发T2DM胰岛素抵抗患者80例,随机数字法分为对照组与观察组各40例。观察组给予葛根芩连汤治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍片治疗,疗程为12周。比较两组间中医证候积分,空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6、MCP-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:葛根芩连汤可改善新发T2DM胰岛素抵抗患者的胰岛素抵抗状况,调节血糖、血脂代谢,该作用可能与减轻机体炎症反应有关。

Effects of Gegenqinlian Decoction on Clinical Symptoms and Glucose and Lipid Metabolic Factors in Newly Developed T2DM Patients with Insulin Resistance

Objective:To investigate the effects of gegenqinlian decoction on clinical symptoms and glucolid-lipid metabolic factors in newly developed T2DM patients with insulin resistance.Methods:80 cases with newly diagnosed T2DM insulin resistance diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with40 cases each.The observation group was treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction and the control group with metformin tablets for 12 weeks.Comparison between the two groups of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome integral,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA IR),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF alpha),interleukin 6(IL 6)and monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP 1),adverse reactions occur.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).FPG,FINS,homa-ir in observation group were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05).TC,TG and ldl-c levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of tnf-alpha,il-6 and McP-1 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gegen Qinlian decoction can improve the insulin resistance of newly developed T2DM patients with insulin resistance and regulate the metabolism of blood glucose and blood lipid,which may be related to the reduction of inflammation.
