以假性前房积脓为首诊表现的视网膜母细胞瘤

目的探讨以假性前房积脓为表现的非典型视网膜母细胞瘤的临床特点。方法回顾分析我院诊治的以假性前房积脓为首诊表现的视网膜母细胞瘤患者7例,总结其眼部表现、CT、B超等影像学特点和病理检查结果。结果7例患者均表现为不同程度的前房积脓,1例合并前房积血、2例白内障、1例青光眼。2例屈光介质清晰患者眼底检查可见球内占位病变。B超检查提示玻璃体腔内见不规则高至弱回声光团。CT显示球内高密度肿块可见斑点状或团块状钙化斑。病理检查结果证实为视网膜母细胞瘤。结论对于不明原因的前房积脓患者,应考虑眼内肿瘤可能,完善相关检查,避免漏诊误诊。

Pseudo-hypopyon as the first presentation of retinoblastoma

Objective To analysis the clinical characters of atypical retinoblastoma presenting as pseudohypopyon. Methods The ophthalmic、CT and B ultrasonic characters of 7 atypical retinoblastoma cases presenting as pseudo-hypopyon were retrospective analysised. Results 7 patients showed different degrees of hypopyon, 1 patient with hyphema, 2 cases of cataracts, 1 case with glaucoma. Space-occupying lesions can be seen in 2 cases with clear refractive media. Type-B ultrasonic showed irregular echo. CT showed that high-density tumor mass with punctate or plaque calcification. Pathological examination confirmed the truth of retinoblastoma. Conclusions For unknown reasons in patients with hypopyon, intraocular tumor should be considered and relevant inspection should be carried to avoid misdiagnosis.
