慢性萎缩性胆囊炎并胆囊结石外科治疗的选择

目的探索慢性萎缩性胆囊炎并胆囊结石的手术方法及注意事项。方法对我院2003年5月至2008年6月收治的185例慢性萎缩性胆囊炎并胆囊结石病人进行回顾性分析。结果行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）10例、中转4例、胆囊切除术42例、胆囊切除术＋术中胆道造影133例，继发性胆总管结石48例。慢性萎缩性胆囊炎伴胆囊结石，单纯切除术3-7d出院。胆总管结石T管引流术11d后行T管造影术无异常，15d后拔出T管出院。结论慢性萎缩性胆囊炎并胆囊结石手术治疗首选开腹胆囊切除术，并且术中行胆道造影以明确有否胆总管结石。

The chioce of operative treatment about chronic atrophic Cholecystolithiasis

Objective To explore operative method and points for attention of chronic atrophic eholecystolithiasis.Methods Retrospective method is performed to analyze 185 cases of chronic atrophic cholecystolithiasis from May 2003 to Jane 2008 in our hospital .Results This cases were performed 10 laparoscopic choleeystectomy（LC） that 4 cases is converted into open cholecystectomy, 42 open cholecystectomy, 133intraoperative cholangiongraphy and 48 choledocholithiasis .The times of out hospital was 3-7day in only cholecystectomy,after 15day in choledocholithiasis. Conclusions The operative treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystolithiasis chosed the open cholecystectomy firstly and were performed intraoperative cholangiongraphy to diagnose choledocholithiasis.
