| 摘 要： | 本文对1294名学龄前儿童进行视力调查,结果表明:两眼视力差≥2行者弱视发病率显著高于两眼视力差<2行者;视力不良及弱视发病率也存在性别差异.提示:初次检查儿童视力,了解两眼视力差有利于早期发现弱视,可作为学龄前儿童筛选弱视的有效方法之一,对于降低学龄前儿童弱视发病率具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | 1294 cases of preschoolers in Nanjing were surveyed for their vision. It was found that the incident rate of amblyopia for those preschoolers whoes binocular vision difference beyond and equivalent two rows was significantly higher than that below two rows. There also was a signficant difference in incident rate of amblyopia between boys and girls. It was revealed that the screen of binocular vision difference was beneficial to the earlier finding of amblyopia, as one kind of effectual means for screening amblyopia and might play an important role in preschoolers'vision protecting from amblyopia. |
