体格智能随访对婴幼儿早期发育的影响

目的:开展婴幼儿定期体格及智能随访工作,并施行早期干预。方法:体格发育采用国际通用的WHO推荐的NCHS标准。智能发育按照鲍秀兰编写的《挖掘儿童潜能始于0岁》中的0～3岁教学大纲进行测试及训练。结果:定期进行体格智能随访的婴幼儿4个月体格发育指标身高、体重、头围、胸围均高于对照组,智能发育指标明显好于对照组。结论:婴幼儿定期体格智能随访能促进婴幼儿体格及智能发育。

Impact of constitution and intellectuality follow-up on the infant early stage development.

Objective: Follow-up the infants constitution and intellectuality for ear ly prevention. Methods: We adopt NCHS standard which is internati onally accepted and reccomended by WHO for constitution follow-up. We carried ou t the test and trained infants according to the book Development of Children's Potentiality at Age 0 by BAO Xiu lan. Result: After 4-months fol low-up, the values of height weight, head circumference and chest circumference were higher than those of the control group. The intellectual development was ap parently better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Follo w-up of the infant constitution and intellectuality development on a scheduled b asis will promote their constitution and intellectuality development.
