神经原性膀胱功能障碍康复护理处方探讨

目的:探讨神经原性膀胱功能障碍的康复护理处方。方法:根据患者不同的排尿障碍问题,使用不同的康复护理处方,观察治疗效果。结果:本组制定的神经原性膀胱功能障碍康复护理处方有明显效果,用改良巴氏(Barthel)指数评分显示膀胱控制治疗3周后效果明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者的尿意、排尿耗时、残余尿量、忍尿时间等均有明显改善,拔管率96.55%。结论:神经原性膀胱功能障碍患者的康复护理关系着患者的愈后,应充分引起重视。

Rehabilitative nursing menus on treating dysfunction of neurogenic bladder

Objective To research the rehabilitative nursing menus on treating dysfunction of neurogenie bladder. Method Using different rehabilitative nursing menus to treat urinary dysfunction and then examining their results. Results The rehabilitative nursing menus de, signed by our group have evident effects. Evaluation by BartheVs index indicates that the effect of three - week＇s treatment in bladder control is obviously better than no such treatment is offered. The patients are more induced to urination ; arid they have gained more control and spend less time in urination, and less urine is left over in the bladders. The rate of catheter removal has reached 96. 55%. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing care of patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction is related with their prognosis, should be thouhgt highly of.
