触锰工人微量元素和免疫球蛋白含量分析

目的　探讨长期接触锰烟尘对机体微量元素和免疫功能的影响。方法　采用原子光谱仪和单向免疫扩散法分别测定 98名触锰工血Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、和尿Mn的含量及血清免疫球蛋白 (IgA、IgG、IgM)含量。结果　触锰工人尿Mn与血Mn含量呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,当血Mn 8.96mg L以上时血Zn、Cu出现不同程度的下降 ,血Fe变化不大 ;血清IgG、IgM均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;触锰工人IgM、IgG与血Mn含量呈负相关 ,IgA变化不明显。结论　电焊烟尘中的锰能降低机体微量元素Zn ,Cu含量 ,并对免疫功能存在不同程度的抑制作用。

Analysis of Contents of Microelements and Immunoglobulin on Manganese Exposure Workers

Objective: To study the effects of long-term manganese fumes exposure on changing content of microelements and Immune function of workers. Methods:To analysis the serum immuoglobuin (IgA?IgG?IgM)with immunodiffusion method with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer method the content of the microelements (Zn?Cu?Fe?Mn)in blood and content of manganese in the urine are examinated of 98 people whose manganese fumes exposure .Results: The results show that the contents of serum IgG?IgM on the Manganese-contact group is lower than that of the control group. The IgM and IgG have a highly negative relation with the blood manganese content(P<0.01) .When the blood manganese concentration was 8.96mg/L, the blood zinc and cuprum is lower(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is believed that manganese has a restrictive effect on the microelements (Zn?Cu) and immunity function of The workers.
