| 摘 要： | １９７８～１９９１，广东省登革热流行期间，采集疑似登革热患者急性期血标本４３７例，其中用新生小白鼠分离１４５例，阳性３０例，阳性率为２０．６８％；Ｃ６／３６细胞分离３５１例，阳性１８７例，阳性率５３．８％，。５９份血标本用配对方法检测，表明Ｃ６／３６细胞分离登革病毒敏感性高于新生小白鼠（Ｐ＜０．０１）。病毒分离结果还表明不同型别的登革病毒对新生小白鼠敏感性不同，同型不同年份分离的登革病毒株对新生小白鼠敏感性也不同。

| Abstract: | During the epidemics of Dengue Fever from 1979 to 1991, 437 specimens of acute phase bloodof suspected patients were collected. Of 437 specimens, 145 were inoculated to newborn mice with30 positive.(The specimens found to be isolation rate was 20. 68%), and 351 were inoculated tocell cjone C6/36 of the Aedes Albopictus, with 187 specimens found to be positive (The isolationrate was 53. 8%). The pared test of virus isolation in 59 specimens showed that the sensitivityusing cell clone C6/36 was higher than that using newborn mice (X2= 17. 93. P<0'.01). Therestllts of virus isolation also showed that the sensitivity of dengue viruses to newborn mice wasdifferent in diferent types and even in the same types isolated in different years. |
