摘    要:本文动态观察激光烧灼兔主动脉粥样硬化斑块后的修复过程。用带金属帽的光纤传输Nd:YAG激光至主动脉弓烧灼四个部位。术后分别在即刻1、4、7、14、21及28天处死动物,用光镜和电镜观察发现,带金属帽的光纤传输Nd:YAG激光可有效地烧灼粥样斑块,其创面在短期内即可修复,没有明显的并发症。

Abstract:To evaluate the healing response of atherosclerotic arteries to laser irradiation, 20 hypercholesterolemic athsroselerotic rabbits were undergone percutaneous transluminal laser irradiation in vivo. Nd: YAG laser irradiation(6.7 watts for 4 seconds/crater, Jotal energy 26.8 joules) was delivered to the aorta by a metallic-capped fiberoptic. After each lasing, the fiberoptic was withdrawn 1 cm and lasing was repeated until four craters were created. The rabbits were killed immediately, 1, 4, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after the operation. Light microscopy of the lased sites revealed that the craters were filled with cellular debris, fibrin and a few white blood cells immediately after lasing. Healing process started with infiltration of inflammatory cells and proliferation of fibroblasts one to four days after lasing. Endothelial cells protruded to the crater by 28 days. No accelerated atherosclerosis and new thrombosis were found at the lased sites over the period studied. Electron microscopy showed that fibroblasts were proliferative and massive collagen fibers were synthesized two weeks after the operation. This article testified the feasibility and safety of percutaneous transluminal irradiation with Nd: YAG laser in vivo and the healing process was completed within a few weeks.
