手术治疗茎突过长症28例临床分析

目的探讨手术治疗茎突过长症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析1996年2月-2005年6月在我院收治的28例茎突过长症的临床资料。结果28例患者茎突截去长度为1．3～3．6cm，平均2．5cm。术后随访1～6年，平均4年。其中治愈19例（67．86％），有效6例（21．43％），无效3例（10．71％）。另有2例患者术后症状明显缓解，但随诊2—4年后再次出现症状，经第二次手术治疗后，症状完全缓解。结论茎突截短术是治疗茎突过长症最主要的方法，手术安全，疗效确切。

Study on surgery for elongated styloid process:a clinical analysis of 28 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for elongated styloid process. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients during February 1996 to June 2005 in this hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The length of cut - off of styloid process was 1. 3 -3.6 cm （with a mean of 2.5 cm）, and all patients were followed -up for 1 -6 years （ with a mean of 4 years） after the operation. Among them, 19 patients （ 67.86 % ） were cured, 6 （21.43 % ） were effective and 3 （ 10.71% ） were failed. In addition, clinical symptoms were obviously alleviated after operation in 2 patients, but their symptoms were reoccurred during the .period of follow - up for 2 - 4 years, and they were completely disappeared after the second operation. Conclusion Styloid process surgery is the main method for treatment of elongated styloid process, and it is very safe and effective.
