摘    要:目的:采用团体辅导的方式帮助存在考试焦虑的学生。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对存在考试焦虑的大学生进行测试,使用团体心理辅导的方式进行心理干预,干预后采用SCL-90,SAS进行再次评估。结果:团体心理辅导对存在考试焦虑的学生有效,其中SCL-90在躯体化、焦虑及抑郁等项指标上治疗前后有差异,且差异显著(p〈0.01-0.05),SAS量表辅导前后也有显著差异(p〈0.01-0.05)。结论:对考试焦虑的大学生可采用团体心理辅导的方式进行心理干预。

THE STUDY OF GROUP COUNSELING FOR TEST ANXIETY ON MEDICAL STUDENTS

Abstract:Objective:To help the students who have Test Anxiety by means of group counseling. Methods:college students with Test Anxiety were tested by SCL( SCL- 90)and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS). M1 of them were provided therapy by group psychological counseling. They were re -assessed by SCL( SCL -90 )and SAS after treatment. Results: Group psychological counseling on test anxiety of students were effective. There were great differences between the treatment before and after in somatization of SCL - 90,anxiety and depression etc(p 〈0. 01 -0. 05). And there were significant differences in SAS(p 〈0. 01 -0. 05). Conclusion:College students with test anxiety may be intervened by Group psychological counseling
