| Abstract: | Juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA)is a group of highly heterogeneous childhood chronic rheumatic diseases whose etiology and mechanism are not defined.In addition to joint involvement,the disease may also involve the eyes and systemic organs.Due to the high degree of heterogeneity of the disease,a reasonable classification standard is particularly important for precise diagnosis and treatment of the disease and clinical research.For this reason,the International Rheumatology Organization continuously updates the JIA classification standard.With the in-depth research on the pathogenesis of JIA,new biological agents continue to come out,providing us with better choices and more precise diagnosis and treatment of diseases.This article reviews the current diagnosis and treatment of JIA. |
