耳眩晕源流探析

通过查阅相关文献及临床资料,从病名、诊断依据、病因病机、治疗入手,总结出耳眩晕发作期以实证多见,如外邪引犯、痰浊中阻、气血瘀滞、肝阳上亢,亦可见于虚中挟实,如寒水上泛;缓解期以虚证多见,如气血不足、髓海亏虚。相应治法为疏风散邪、清利头目;燥湿健脾、涤痰止眩;活血祛瘀、通窍除眩;平肝息风、滋阴潜阳;温壮肾阳、散寒利水;补益气血、健脾止眩;滋阴补肾、填精益髓。

Investigation on Origin and Development of Aural Vertigo

Through consulting relevant literature and clinical data,from the disease name,diagnosis basis,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment,it is concluded that the onset of aural vertigo is more common in excess pattern,such as the invasion of external pathogens,randomized stagnation of phlegm,stagnation of qi and blood,ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang,which can also be seen in the deficiency of solid,such as cold water flooding.The remission period is characterized by deficiency pattern,such as deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of marrow.The corresponding treatment methods are dispelling wind pathogens,clearing heat-dampness in the head and eye;eliminating dampness and invigorating spleen,clearing phlegm and stop dizziness;promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing dizziness through orifice;suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang;warmly invigorating kidney yang,ispelling cold for diuresis;nourishing qi and blood,strengthening spleen and stopping dizziness;nourishing yin and kidney,supplementing marrow.
